Tibi Healthcare is a mobile healthcare provider, bringing essential medical services directly to remote and rural communities. We provide expert in-person and remote care to communities that need it the most.
We are an independently owned and operated radiological network, and we’re proud to provide Western Australia’s first mobile LDCT (low-dose computed tomography) service.
We have the agility to set up occupational health services in remote regions of WA in a timeframe that will exceed expectations. By working together, we’re helping to remove the barriers to healthcare that face remote Australian communities.

Dr Nell Gillett, FAFOEM MBBS Grad Dip OMHS Founder and CEO
TiBi Healthcare was founded by Dr Nell Gillett, an Occupational and Environmental Physician. Nell specialised in complex injury management and rehabilitation in private practice and is a highly experienced Chief Medical Officer and Occupational Physician with more than 20 years’ experience in the mining, oil and gas, manufacturing and healthcare industries. Nell is driven by a belief that where you live should not influence the quality of health care you receive
Carnedd Williams Chief Operating Officer
Carnedd brings a wealth of experience in large, complex organisations, Government organisations, and global mining, metals and management companies. With deep expertise in Health and Safety, logistics, strategy and transformation, Carnedd knows the value of delivering co-designed health services directly to remote and rural communities.
Sara Simpson, Clinical Governance & Operations Manager
Responsible for Clinical Governance and Operations, Sara works with communities and organisations to ensure that our highly skilled clinical team are in the right place at the right time, and that TiBi Healthcare’s digitally enabled operating system is providing our clients with the right information to comply with West Australian and Federal Health and Safety regulations.
